Sunny Days Family Therapy

I hold a Master’s degree in Education and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I am at the beginning of my counseling career, but supporting children and families has been my life’s work for over 13 years as an early childhood educator. My background in education shaped my understanding of how learning, behavior, emotions, and relationships are deeply connected. Becoming a therapist has lays been my dream, and I am grateful to now be stepping into this role with compassion and support. I combine evidence-based practice as well as child play therapy techniques to meet clients where they are and support meaningful growth for them and their families at their own pace.
